In the international sale and purchase of various commodities involving principals, mandates and intermediaries, the occasions calling for Paymaster Services are many, but typically serve to protect pooled funds distributable to a group of intended recipients.  On such occasions, we accept electronic transfers of funds for distribution among the recipients in proportions dictated by a written Paymaster Agreement.

Sometimes we are engaged to hold a commodity being bought or sold until payment therefor is processed and proven to the seller.  At other times we are called upon to hold the payment for a commodity being bought or sold until the commodity is transferred and proven to the buyer.  On all such occasions, we issue Safe Keeping Receipts and actively secure the asset using one or more of several undisclosed means of protection until its timely release in accordance with a written Escrow Agreement.
